Thread Snipped

Please snio your own threads and loose fibers before sending in your quilt.  If loose threads are left on, they could become sewn into quilting, and these are challenging to remove once the Longarm has run.  Our desire is to return a product that is ready to show off to your friends and family.

Additional fees will be applied if we need to snip threads for you.

Backing Fabric Size

Backing fabric layer must be 4 inches bigger than your quilt top on all sides.

To be successful, your backing will be bigger than your quilt top by 4 inches and every side.

Squaring Your Quilt Top

It is important to square off your quilt top to avoid causing waves, pleats, or puckers.  This happened when borders are too long or inconsistent in length. Additional fees may be applied if our team must take time to press or steam to address this issue in attempt to help your quilt turn our as beautiful as possible.  Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, some puckering may still result and we cannot guarantee the outcome if the quilt is not squared or is uneven.
